Order Confirmation & Processing

  • You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Molenaarsgraaf, the Netherlands.
  • We strive to process and dispatch your order on the same day it is placed.

For faster delivery, we also offer Fedex Express Delivery, which takes approximately 1-2 business days.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over €70 (EU) or $100 (US/UK). For orders below this threshold, the following rates apply:

We also offer Express Shipping starting from €15 (exact costs depend on your location). Additional options, like pick-up points, may also be available.

DUTIES & TAXES

  • EU: Orders will not incur import duties or taxes.
  • USA: Orders under $800 will not incur import duties or taxes.
  • UK: Orders under £135 will not incur import duties or taxes.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs, duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are not managed by AYA Label, and we advise checking your country’s regulations as additional payments may be necessary to release your package.

Returns & Refunds

At AYA Label, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do offer exchanges, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the availability of your desired item at the time we receive your return. To ensure you don’t miss out, we recommend returning your unwanted item for a full refund and placing a new order for the item you wish to have.

Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition, including tags and hygiene stickers, and should be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense unless you are exchanging an item.

How to Return Your Package

  1. Register your return by clicking the button below.
  2. Enter your 5-digit order number and the email address associated with your account. Then click “Return My Order” and follow the steps.
  3. Attach the provided return label to your package.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible after receiving your return, with a maximum processing time of 30 days.
  • Refunds will always be made to the original payment method.
  • Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Please note, we reserve the right to decline refunds on items that appear to have been worn, altered, or damaged after purchase.
