At AYA Label, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do offer exchanges, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the availability of your desired item at the time we receive your return. To ensure you don’t miss out, we recommend returning your unwanted item for a full refund and placing a new order for the item you wish to have.
Return Policy
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition, including tags and hygiene stickers, and should be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
- Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense unless you are exchanging an item.
How to Return Your Package
- Register your return by clicking the button below.
- Enter your 5-digit order number and the email address associated with your account. Then click “Return My Order” and follow the steps.
- Attach the provided return label to your package.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible after receiving your return, with a maximum processing time of 30 days.
- Refunds will always be made to the original payment method.
- Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Please note, we reserve the right to decline refunds on items that appear to have been worn, altered, or damaged after purchase.
