The return form
The return process
- Check your received package for any damaging or faults and let us know by e-mail within 48 hours after receiving your order, take a photo before you send it back. If we find any imperfections that were not mentioned within the 48 hours after receiving the goods will not be able to give a refund.
- Please fill in the return form above. Without the return form there can be a delay in the refunding process.
- After placing your order you can not change it.
- Return the items within 14 days after receiving date.
- Do NOT take off the hygiene sticker. Goods must be returned in their original condition. Returned items include their tags and hygiene sticker and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way.
- Please also remember returning costs are at your expense. If you would like to change your items for a different colour or size, return your unwanted item and place a new order.
- Please use a traceable or insured method such as a recorded delivery. As we can not refund items that have been lost on their way back to our webshop
- The money will be refunded as soon as possible after receiving your return (with a maximum of 14 days). We will always refund the money to the same account as which you paid with.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since dispatched from webshop
