Products

The item I want is out of stock, what can I do?

If an item is out of stock you are able to sign up to be notified when it is back in stock. This option is only available for items that will be restocked.

Which size should I get?

We have a sizing guide and at the specific items we will note specific information if that item runs different. Do keep in mind that you can better size up if you are in between sizes. If you are still unsure, please contact our customer service, use the chat on the website or send a DM via Instagram.

My purchased products are damaged. What should I do?

We are very sorry to hear this. Please send an email to customerservice@ayalabel.com so we can provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

How do I take care of my products?

We advise you to only handwash our products to keep the fabric in best condition. If you have a stain on your product, you could choose to wash it with a maximum temperature of 30degrees as an exception. But we don’t advise you to do this often and we advise you to let your product dry slowly on a towel.

Orders & Delivery

How long does it take for my order to be processed? And where does AYA Label ship from?out of stock, what can I do?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Orders are processed within 1 business day.

How can I change my order?

You are unable to change or edit orders once the order is successfully placed. Please contact us at customerservice@ayalabel.com  right away regarding changing an order. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we can see if we can make a change for you.

How can I change my shipping address?

What should I do if my package is lost?

For all lost packages, please email customerservice@ayalabel.com with all order information. For all lost packages our customer service will offer customized solutions, depending on the situation. You will be notified once a trace has been started and updated every step of the way.

How can I track my order?

Access the shipping confirmation email to track your order and check the delivery status. Normally, this redirects you through a link to the website of the transport company, where you can see the status of your order updated.

What are the shipping costs of my order?

Shipping is free for countries in Europe, United Stated and United Kingdom above €70,- or $80,-. Under this amount your pay the following shipping costs.
USA     $12,50
EU       €12,50
DE       €6,00
NL       €6,00
For order from the rest of world you pay $12,50 shipping costs.

Do I have to pay any duties or taxes?


Please note that outside the European Union you will be subjected to duties, customs and taxes. These costs are not managed by us. We advise you to check your countries regulations as payment of duties may be necessary to release your order if charges do incur.
EU: Orders will not incur import taxes and duties.
USA: Orders under the 800 USD will not incur import taxes and duties.
UK: Orders under the £135 will not incur import taxes and duties.

What is pre-order?

A pre-ordered product is actually offering an item for sale on our website that is not in stock at the moment, but that will be in stock at a specified date. This way we minimize overproduction and you can be sure of getting your favorite items!

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You are more than welcome to return the item you don’t wish to keep for a full refund.
 
– Return the items within 14 days after receiving date.
– Goods must be returned in their original condition.
– Returned items include their tags and hygiene sticker and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way.
– Please also remember returning costs are at your expense.

How do I return my package?

On the Shipping & Returns page you will find a bottun to register your return in the returnportal.

Insert the 5 numbers of your ordernumber and the email associated with your account, click on “Find Your Order” and follow the steps. Attach your return label to your package.

Do you offer free returns?

No unfortunately we don’t offer free returns and these costs are at your own expense. We do work with a return portal and offer the possibility to use our post order carriers, with whom we have price agreements. Or you can use your own chosen post order carrier.
